We now have over 1,000 Members and our members are as diverse as our weekly activities! EVERY week, this club offers something fun & unique. We welcome women of ALL ages, races, creeds & speeds. This Club is all about the Body, Mind & Spirit!
It's about getting fit, enjoying the great outdoors, putting your Faith into Action, living life to the fullest, trying new things, making a difference, making new friends and memories and growing physically, emotionally and spiritually.
